My Take🎬:
--------------
What an INSPIRING story!
PG-rated, the whole family will be able to find some form of inspiration relating to the different characters, but the audience it will mostly appeal to, in my opinion, is women. It addresses an age old dilemma, everyday christian women, face. To move forward in God, in spite of being overlooked and unappreciated, in spite of obstacles, problems and brokenness.
an All-round touching story addressing marriage, loss, forgiveness, grace and God's loving heart towards us.
In this movie, women are confronted with a choice to either become the grumpy wife, nagging like a dripping tap, or standing up and becoming the, God intended, warrior, waging war against ALL that wants to tear LOVE apart and separate families...
a Very powerful and encouraging message for today's broken, lonely, lost or tired women. Certainly a must see, and if possible, a must have for your movie collection.
I enjoyed the fact that the young daughter of the characters/couple also had a story to tell. I was mostly inspired by the impact this movie had on my own 7 year old daughter, who watched along intensely. When it was over, she disappeared for a bit and returned with her bible and reading glasses, making herself comfortable on the couch...
This is something to cherish and nurture in my daughter and in me.
So thank you, War Room team, for bringing bags full of inspiration to South Africa: reminding us, inspiring change and impacting the lives of many families all over the world!
Be Blessed
Be inspired!
much Love,
